We are a team of personal trainers, nutritionists and fitness experts, gathered at the same place to provide the most accurate information regarding fitness and food programs. At the beginning, our team consisted only of 3 people, while today that number is up to 15 people. Over the time, we worked with many people, from ordinary bank clerks and taxi drivers, to some of the most famous Hollywood celebreties. There is one thing that we learned – each person needs own program of exercising andeating. Having learned that, we managed to make many people happy about their body conditions. Sometimes we have people who just want to improve their nutrition but they don’t want to exercise – but we managed to convice them they should work out since they have changed their nutrition. From our experience, we can say that the nutrition is the crucial part in improving your overall mental and body state.
